
Philip W. Miyoshi
Philip Miyoshi is an experienced civil litigator and business transactions lawyer. His civil litigation practice includes personal injury, commercial disputes, partition actions, and landlord tenant matters.His business transactions practice includes business formation, lease and contracts, real estate, asset purchase and sale, and dispute resolution. Mr. Miyoshi also handles estate planning and trust litigation matters.
Mr. Miyoshi graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a B.B.A. in Finance. He went on to receive his law degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law, where he was a member of the law review and environmental moot court team. Mr. Miyoshi externed for the Honorable Susan Oki Mollway, and clerked for the Honorable Leslie E. Kobayashi, at the United States District Court, District of Hawaii. He also worked with one of the top law firms in Hawaii before opening Miyoshi & Hironaka in 2011.
Whether taking a case all the way to trial, or resolving the case by way of settlement, achieving the maximum result for his clients is Mr. Miyoshi’s number one priority.
